The other day, we celebrate that it was Sunday (Lord´s day)!! So, we arranged a special crab party at my friend appartment!! Below some pics and how the SOP should be arranged!
First of all, Raw material need to be alive and ready to be cooked!
Take them very carefully, we don´t want to be hurt!
And add water, spring onions, olive oil and the most important ingredient, BEER!!!
After 8 minutes, you can remove crabs from the pot, and serve them in a dish.
Here is the final result!!
