Spanish Macaroni Recipe Revealed!

Hola!

Today I am going to show you how to cook a delicious spanish macaroni in a very simple way and in less than 30 minutes. The result, as below (quantity for 4 adults):

First of all, we add sliced garlic, chili (if you like spicy) and a bay leaf. Don´t forget olive oil, best if extra virgin. Same situation as the picture.

Time to slice a green pepper and one onion.

First we should add the onion and when is almost cooked, then we add the green pepper. At the end, all have to be mixed.

At the same time, we boil water and when temperature is high enough, then we add the macaroni, together with one bay leaf and a little bit of olive oil (always extra virgen best).

When the onion and the green pepper are almost done, time for minced pork meat (beef also is workable).

Here is how it looks like after few minutes. Meat is also almost done (meanwhile water keeps boiling). Don´t forget to add salt, black pepper, thyme on the meat and of course, more extra virgin olive oil ;-)

Tomato time! As we don´t have tomato sauce, we will use real ones (which is the original way indeed). You will need to slice 7 tomatoes and put them at the top, like below:

You know when macaroni are ready because most of water has disappeared from the pot.

Same as the tomato sauce, all tomatoes have disappeared and transformed into sauce!

Tomato has a sour taste, so you should add a little bit sugar on the sauce and a little bit ketchup, so sour taste will disappear. Then, add all macaroni on the sauce.

Keep heating for few minutes and add more salt. When you think taste is great, then you can serve on the table, and do not forget a good bottle of wine. It doesn´t matter from which country, but I do prefer French from Burdaux region or Spanish from Rioja wines ;-)

Enjoy the spanish macaroni style!
